Since 2010, over 50,000 people have participated in EIT Climate-KIC’s educational programmes. Our aim is to make technological expertise, entrepreneurial spirit and methodological competence effective for the development of climate-friendly products.
EIT Climate-KIC’s education programme highlights include:
Pioneers into Practice (for professionals) – the programme equips participants with practical tools to successfully work as the next generation of climate innovators. Through a mix of e-learning, workshops, projects, coaching and internships, Pioneers connects professionals across Europe and provides a unique, transformative learning experience.
The Journey (for students) – Europe’s largest summer school in the climate sector enables student start-ups to develop their climate ideas into initial business ideas.
Young Innovators (for teachers and students) – the programme addresses the growing need to incorporate more complex problem-solving skills and the topic of climate innovation into the school curriculum. Through fun and creativity, not fear and anxiety, it helps teachers and students meet the climate crisis head-on.
